@ring my doorbell will not charge. If I plug it in to charge it then thinks it's hardwired and then won't charge. Nothing on troubleshoot and your community forum looks like it's been hacked.

@ring We installed and paid for a doorbell for my mother in law. She passed away 3 years ago. We kept it in the house until it was sold last year. She is gone. The house is gone. The doorbell is gone. We have tried over and over to stop the recurring charge but you won’t help us. We can’t get an email on her account that no longer exists. How can you help me?

I’m paying £15.99 a month for @Ring subscription, yet during a theft the footage is unavailable. The camera was clearly interfered with. It was jammed using some sort of device. This is unacceptable, what am I paying for?

Hey @ring , how are you ? Do you know where I can get hold of the tiny rubber washers to place on the screw on the underside of the stick up cam ? I’ve not got the original one and I’m concerned that it may be fully waterproofed without it, and cause damage to the unit.
