Defense attorney for Sandra Weyer, convicted in June of obstruction and 4 misdemeanors after a bench trial by DC Chief Judge James Boasberg, asking for her immediate release pending SCOTUS review of 1512c2. The 60-year-old woman with no criminal record who committed no violence on J6 is being tormented by her captors. DOJ apparently defied Boasberg's order and sent her to a harsh prison in Philadephia. No matter how much contempt you have for these prosecutors and judges, it is not enough.
