It’s pretty simple: The NCAA needs to stop crying to lawmakers and create a collective bargaining agreement with the players. If you do that, you will get structure. If they continue to try to work around the players, they will continue to get their asses handed to them in court.

@CoachForGov I’m sure I’m in the minority but who cares if a player transfers multiple times? It doesn’t impact ANYONE but that player. The school will still have players to play a game. I guess I just don’t care bcuz it doesn’t impact my CFB watching and doesn’t change anything in my life.

The transfer portal has screwed up college sports.
My bill is simple: you get 5 consecutive years to play 5 seasons and you get 1 transfer.
After that, if you transfer again, you sit out a year.
This will fix 80% of the issues in NIL today.
