@SusilPallikada1 @timricketts_ Don’t be blinded by age, frailty covers all ages. Look behind the initial presentation and you’ll see lots of experience, transferable skills and knowledge to gain.

@timricketts_ I’m not convinced from my experience! Perhaps get a bit academic about definition of variety, though.

@Paul29874283 @msteggy @DrHannahBB This makes me mad! Surely this is unsafe why not use a triage system and answer all calls and clinically decide who needs seeing today/tomorrow. Signposting those you can’t see or could be seen by other departments, walk in, pharmacy, this is one reason Ed is over run.
