The fact that the U.K. government banned social media, but not Bluesky, for kids under 16 means this has nothing to do with protecting children and everything to do with censoring speech the government doesn't approve of. This should make British people outraged.

You can argue about whether a ban is the right tool. You cannot pretend the surveillance is hypothetical. It is the business model.
