The writers can easily write the entire series over the course of a year, have production crew build the sets based on the scripts.

10 years ago my 15 year old was looking for a job and we were driving around handing out resumes. We went into at least 3 Tim Hortons and he stated “mom, look around, what’s the point, they won’t hire me cuz I’m the wrong color!”.
This is a manufactured crisis at Tim’s as they refused to hire white teenagers for the past decade, management is foreign and only wants to hire their own!
