Hearing someone is massively offside short on $ABXX, likely a fund. SEC has layed down the hammer on shortsellers within @AnsonGroupFunds group before: sec.gov/enforcement-li… Escape route for the shorts: 1) hammer the stock, 2) private placement ( @JoshCrumb won't place them)

Abaxx is a long term game. All the pieces are falling into place. There will be times of volatility like this. But remember the core thesis and where we are going. #29ers 🚀🚀

@KregSpec The fact that you are relying on technicals for a stock that almost trades by appointment tells me everything I need to know about your thesis.

For the first time since last summer, I'm looking to buy more Abaxx ($ABXX) The business fundamentals are progressing: ⬆️nodes/network &⬆️exchange volumes. From a stock price perspective, the technicals have become interesting:

@TorpedoTrading Unfortunately it can stay solvent (and go up every day) more than we can stay alive. Im fascinated how it moves this much everyday. What's the real float here?

The gullibility of the retail investor knows no bounds. Check out this gem from InvestorsHub. Their history of "boards posted on" is a graveyard of microcap pump-and-dumps from the last 15 years. $HGRAF "investors", don't say you were not warned.

@TheSqeakyMouse how tight do you think it actually is? Whats the real float in your opinion? Def doesn't move like a $3bn co so I agree its a tight float but not sure how tight.

I don’t know if many understand how tightly held Hydrograph $HGRAF shares really are. Today we saw 3.3 million volume which is less than 1% of shares being traded, yet it influenced a 14% move up.

@JoshCrumb if you have a real business shorts will take care of themselves. You dont need to warn shareholders or scare the shorts. You are just reinforcing the short thesis.

Have you ever built a “special situation” company that needs constant market information because generalists have no idea how any of the moving pieces work? Have you ever built the only fully stack exchange and clearinghouse in decades (perhaps ever from a greenfield perspective) with no comps? I literally hide nothing by over-engaging. But shareholders should know that a narrative war is about to start (there are only two ways out for a short of that size on a float / ADV of our size: a bought deal that we don’t need and aren’t doing…or floating a half-baked short report and try to shake the tree hard enough to drive other “short focus” fools to take their bag). I always have reasons why I communicate, it’s calculation, not emotion.

Dear 🩳, it’s much easier to sell what you don’t own than buy what you can’t obtain. BTW, do you know what a clearinghouse or a verifiable credential is yet? Get what you need out of my ex-employees in that tier-two expert survey spraying and praying around the market? Or are you still just another Canadian stock operator adding no value to society [with your bought deal insider trading and playing the grey areas of dirty markets as a business model], thinking they have an edge painting an illiquid chart to drive capitulation (now ~1mm shares and counting, over 50% of non market making volume lol?!) Dear real shareholders building something important in the world, thanks for your support and please mind the continued volatility and never lead an argument with price, especially since math is very much on your side. $ABXX #SM #Unobtainium

@JoshCrumb No I've never built any of those but Ive seen numerous execs that comment on their stock (whatever their business is) and they always go down because it turns out there was no real business behind it and thats why they cared about sp so much to keep the lights on.

@JoshCrumb yes but if you do your job correctly, none of those matter. You've said numerous times that you dont need capital at the moment.. What do you have to hide from shorts that you're this worried about? let them be. If they are wrong they will pay the costs anyways

@ShortFocus Nope. I’m adding math and information to the market (not boggy men anecdotes). I talk to shareholders every day. You do understand that the market (my cost of capital) works on stupid charts, psychology and narratives, right?

@JoshCrumb @_riskFULL @DTizzle657 quite interesting that on days that sp is down you tweet the most and write paragraphs after paragraphs. Just an observation... I guess you havent heard the expression that sp will take care of itself if you execute and do what you're supposed to do. (which is not tweeting)

It’s all related. Sp translates directly to budget and acceleration. I’m not diluting more than minimum spend if not properly valued. It’s like the discussion I had with Blackrock a year or so back, if they gave us 1B there is a pretty direct, low risk/asymmetric path to many multiples return. But I wasn’t giving someone 80% of the business then (or ~50% of the business today) now and take that level of dilution. I’m patient. If the market isn’t, that arb can resolve itself with a different capital strategy which we’re always looking at to unlock the DCF value. It’s always a SP equation.

@nobenchmark @SafeMargins @thewatsonview @thescruffy89 Sure. You think ICE or Comex know every single participant on their exchange? Thats virtually not possible. They know the members but not the clients. And yes there is, if theres physical settlement recurring between various parties then I give them credit.

Thought exercise: let's say Abaxx is familiar with every participant on its platform (personally, I would expect any nascent exchange to be). Is there any possible physically-settled transaction that could occur that would satisfy your requirement that both parties be "random" (unclear on how you define that btw)?

On January 26th, the EU banned Russian LNG imports. On January 30th, Abaxx $ABXX temp suspended its NWE contract as regulations require the verification from where the gas was produced. I suspect the temp hold allows Abaxx to finalize Minehub $MHUB more into its trading and supply chain. Upon completion, Abaxx with Minehub will be one of the only sources of physically delivered LNG products with easily verified sourcing through the entire supply chain. In my earlier article I mentioned companies trading LNG tend to trade oil as well which would give a foothold for Abaxx to compete on verified supply chains that comply with regulations. If the trials were successful, in the coming months we could see a live product of collateralized LNG (maybe even oil) shipments with end to end supply chain verification. With today's news of the hundreds of companies now having access to Abaxx products soon, Abaxx will be able to quickly bring this to market strengthened by FBOT approval.

@nobenchmark @SafeMargins @thewatsonview @thescruffy89 Both parties are close to ABXX and are one of the few (if not only) people who trade on the exchange. I can't give any credit to them physically settling anything. Its a different story if a random person opens an abxx acount and buys gold and gets delivery from say Kilo Capital.

The PR specifically said that MTS was "pleased to be the first physical market participant committed to supporting delivery under Abaxx’s Gold Futures contract." And now you take issue with the fact that they are a participant in the first physical delivery? And once again, you haven't supported your claims that "the buyer and seller know each other" and they "didn't need to trust Abaxx to settle the transaction." If I understand your point correctly, you take issue with the fact that Abaxx is familiar with the parties that trade on its platform. It would be strange to me if they were not, but that's just me. Am I misunderstanding your point?
