A customer X'd me about unexpectedly high bills. As I was digging into it 3 directors joined me to work out not only what happened but how to improve the interface for customers & team to help in these situations Stuff like this enables us to be @WhichUK Recommended 7 yrs running

@OctopusEnergy Last I heard was the chap dealing with it emailed to say he was leaving. Just had a gas bill that says its is dead on £70 sounds a bit suspect being such a round figure.. I have no confidence in your billing anymore as your smart meter readings have not worked for most of 2023

@bren7563 @OctopusEnergy Yeah, I'm still waiting for my bill to be sorted. They said it could take 4 weeks. I just keep getting random bills.... Hopefully they can work it out ASAP... It should not be guesswork.....

Hi @edfenergy I’ve been trying to speak to someone to explain how my electricity bill went from £300 a month to £39,000. Your call centre has been no help but you tried to direct debit this amount today from my account
