We do need more depth in the squad I agree, Jans window was good and if we can attract more players of that calibre we will do well next season

@AndyRFCCharman @RfcNatho @RFCLatest Tbf I think as fans we think this squad is better than it really is - without injury’s we have a decent starting 11 which could challenge top 6, but we massively lack depth, as soon as pick up a few injuries, also not helped by our star striker being fairly injury prone..

@ryanogs @markloftCD Tbf I believe hyperia was Merlin’s most expensive coaster hardware they’ve installed, CWOA getting lots of investment too, towers have not long re tracked nem which is another significant investment, universal will change things but if anything think it will help them

@markloftCD @Simps100 Merlin is literally out of money. They can’t even get their attractions looking clean when they shut for several months of a year. Operationally they’ve been a disaster for 2 years with this year already looking shit. 2032 is too late.

Do people go to theme parks JUST to complain now? Taking pictures of signage, little paint defects or unfinished improvement projects that are still in the works (on the first day of the low season) and act like it’s the worst thing they’ve ever seen? 😭 Just don’t bother going

@ryanogs @markloftCD I disagree, Merlin have huge amounts of pass holders who pay less than £200 and get a years worth of access to all their attractions which I would say is a bargain , I would expect universal to cost £100+ for a day ticket

@markloftCD @Simps100 If people have a choice of visiting one theme park in 2031 with their families, Alton Towers won’t even enter discussion. It’s the same audience. Merlin have failed and they need to sell Alton before they let the park die.

@MartinAllen1965 Many of the reasons why @RCouhig isn't growing the fan base or getting them back. Ron is part of the @ReadingFC family and knows success. Rob and @ToddTrosclair should relook at this. I was a season ticket for both the men's and women's teams. And a volunteer. Just a shame.

Ultimately all rides have a maximum capacity, if the amount of rap users gets to the point where that ride physically can’t cope with the demand from the standby / fasttack / rap queue efficiently I really don’t see what the answer is?

@thedippodcast People abuse everything, merlin isn't right to do this but nor are the people who abuse it. I just hope that they revert the chnage
