@SimFromBucks No matter what, the football will always be negative. Why risk bringing players in to play like that, then sack him?. Then another manager is struggling to get the best out of the team. Mr Negative needs to be gone before the summer.

i really hate the idea of having to get rid of another manager and go through more upheaval, and I'm confident a good summer will help a lot... ...but I really wish it were easier to make a positive case for Leam Richardson being the guy to take us forward long term

@Simps100 Depth is a real issue, but I am not sure if Leam would use it correctly. We have some good youth chomping at the bit for first-team chances, but they will not even get a look-in.

@Michael_BHunter Feel like we’ve been saying this for years, even when we were relegated, the full strength starting 11 are good for this league but we need way more depth to be a serious top 6 challenger imo

Fans who say RFC dont have the squad , I disagree because of the state of the league. A good manager would have secured the playoffs by now #readingfc
