@SlickSAB @SkySports_Keith Competed is the wrong word in my opinion, I’d use the word participated instead. 7-2 means there’s not much competition. Bragging about participation in a competition you have 0 chance of winning is pointless. If I was a Newcastle fan I’d rather be in Europa/Conference.

Anyways, Centre Goals are irrelevant, they’re just repeating what Ben Jacobs has shared and he is credible.

Better to sign 2-3 elite world class 28-33 yo players for free but with 200-400k per week salary than wasting 100 m per new rookies

We were teetering most of last season at 96% for the threshold. These rookies you speak of have generated mass profit if you look at the likes of Isak 1/2
