Minicab driver (one of the ones dressed up as a chaffeur) parked in the cycle lane and reading a newspaper near Blackfriars Bridge. I asked him if he'd be so kind as to move as he's blocking the entire cycle lane and he looked at me as if I'd just done a shit on his bonnet.

Zipcar, in crosswalk, across from playground, windows open, engine running, nobody in vehicle. I had a *really* hard time not removing ignition key and throwing it down a storm drain.
