@Google why does sheets put dates in mm/dd format, and then when I put in a correct custom DD/mm format it assumes I'm putting it in as mm/dd and then swaps them over to give me an incorrect DD/mm format?

Why is it that some people don't want to drive behind a cyclist and must get in front of them? A van driver's impatience ended up with a Notice of Intended Prosecution being sent to his employers and it's most likely that he would have ended up with a £100 fine and three points.

@4ChordsNoNet Remove the word cyclist. You aren’t special. We have to get infront of other road users because the one infront is slow. If I have traffic building up behind me then I’ve duty to get around the person infront for those behind me.

@JosephW64898008 @GMB It's already illegal to park on the pavement here in London. Compliant vehicles aren't necessarily expensive, I paid £2,800 for my compliant Audi. No one has forced anyone to buy an electric vehicle. Insurance is expensive, but drivers keep hitting stuff and that isn't helping.

Drivers in Scotland can now be fined £100 for parking on the pavement. Scotland is the only country in the UK to bring in a ban and from today councils will begin to enforce the rules.
