FWIW, the issue has been resolved.

Anecdotal evidence -- the ten people nearest me are unable to purchase / load their tickets. It looks to be a problem with the fare service as it bombs out when trying to request reduced fares.

@VentraChicago is there a service disruption we should be aware of? I'm unable to purchase metra tickets and the application keeps timing out in various places.
