@TMFanSupport Im also extremely disappointed in this poor customer service, aswell as the lack of communication. I'm extremely devastated and worried as I don't know what to do. The tickets we also requested for aren't standing tickets and we received standing tickets.

@Ticketmaster so now I’m I cannot transfer tickets or sell tickets to a rescheduled concert that I cannot attend because of a number I do not recognize on my account.

Hello @Ticketmaster I have tried 6 times in six different sections to buy 4 ada tickets for the @AEW show on July 1 in San Diego and each time it says tickets are no longer available. I have tried two wheelchair & two companion and four wheelchair & I get the same message.
