@TODreamsProject I just read the bald eagle story & it’s great! (As is everything I’ve read of yours!) I saw a bald eagle way back in the very early 80s at Ontario Place and years later people would tell me there are no bald eagles in Toronto! I know what I saw! Thank you for the validation 😂

He was a kid from New Toronto, born on a kitchen table in the Depression, who dropped out of high school but would become a professor, teacher, author & one of the world’s leading champions for inclusive education — and also helped me fall in love with the history of our city.

My father passed away a couple of weeks ago, and Christmas Eve was always the biggest night of the year at our house — so, today, I wrote about him: tinyurl.com/garybunch
