I have clearly explained how my opposition to CAB3 has nothing to do with money I was owed for fighting sanctions, which Kuda committed to paying before the public spat. It is now up to you to read objectively or selectively to aggrandise your own envy about the work I do. My work speaks for itself. My impact speaks even louder; hence, even you are hurt that I have toned down my opposition to CAB3. But you need to put yourself in my shoes and wonder what my turning down the President’s public reconciliation—unlike the one you claim was extended to Geza privately—would communicate to the nation and the world about my desire to unite the nation and build Zimbabwe. Would I not have appeared to be someone publicly challenging the President? Would I not even have been misconstrued as someone seeking more—perhaps even power—than merely airing my misgivings about CAB3 if I turned down an opportunity to raise my concerns directly with the seat of power? I would have, and by embarrassing the Presidency so publicly, the entire state apparatus could have been deployed against me. I can’t let a justified fight be turned into a battle of egos with the Head of State of my country just to please the masses, who do not even care about me. It would be politically suicidal, a blight on our nation, and a sign of a lack of leadership and emotional maturity on my part. Will you be there to defend me when the state deploys its apparatus against me for refusing an olive branch offered in the spirit of nation-building? And when that has happened to others like Evan, Job Sikhala, and many others, how did it pan out and did “the masses” defend or protect them? Did you protect them? No!!!! Already, as we speak, people had begun paying late-night visits and threatening my family, reminding them of things that happened during the war. Now, no one knows whether these were overzealous individuals taking advantage of the situation or whether they were deployed by the state, but the point is that fighting such battles creates uncontrollable consequences. So the question I had to grapple with was this: having achieved the objectives of being heard and being invited to dialogue about the issues surrounding CAB3, was it worth continuing to escalate matters simply to please people and invite uncontrollable consequences? Of course not. Maybe you fight from emotion without looking at the objective, but my fight is objective-based, and those objectives were achieved. We must be strategic and question what our objective is in every disagreement. My objective was not to fight the system or throw stones at the system. It was for our grievances regarding CAB3 to be heard by the Presidency, Parliament, Judiciary and the masses. And they have been heard. I am being publicly asked to continue expressing those grievances without shouting from the rooftops, for obvious reasons. I do not see anything wrong with that, considering that Zimbabwe’s Lancaster House negotiations were not undertaken from rooftops but behind closed doors. South Africa’s CODESA was held behind closed doors, and even the US-Iran talks are being held behind closed doors. So who am I to refuse that? And what would be my objective in rejecting an offer of dialogue—to overthrow the leadership?

Your attempt to separate agenda 2030 from #CAB3 is the most disingenuous antic you are throwing around which shows how useless it is to engage with you.

CAB3 is the shot that never misses its target. Like a master golfer focused on the hole, true leadership is guided by vision, precision and purpose. Every move is calculated, every step intentional, and every result aimed at national progress. Vision 2030 is not just a goal—it is a destination already in sight. With determination, strategy and unwavering commitment, the journey towards an empowered and prosperous Zimbabwe continues. 2030 is inevitable. 🇿🇼 #CAB3 #Vision2030 #Zimbabwe #Development #Leadership

@nelsonchamisa Why is it difficult for you sir to simply say you’re a private individual and not involved in politics or not in any capacity to lead or influence any meaningful conversation regarding zimbabwe man politics. Instead of these hyperbolic statements and quotes. What is the end goal

CAB3: NOT A DONE DEAL. Those claiming that CAB3 is a “done deal” are either deluding themselves or deliberately attempting to mislead. Deep down, they know that nothing without the citizens is ever final. In any society, nothing can be done for the citizens without the citizens. The citizens are the ultimate decision-makers; they alone have the authority to endorse, reject, or seal any deal. As things stand, there is no done deal. In fact, there is no deal at all. Any arrangement that lacks the consent and participation of the citizens remains incomplete and illegitimate. If there is one reality that cannot be ignored, it is this: the citizens are increasingly tired of those who oppress, disregard, and undermine their rights. The only “done deal” may well be that citizens are done with oppression and are ready to reclaim their voice, their power, and their future. #TheNew #TheCitizensMovement

IN all your planning & everything, just know that ZANU PF will be in power for at least the next 100 years. The CAB3 Vote today shows the Political Astuteness of ZANU PF leaders. Where it matters, ZANU PF folks unite. President @edmnangagwa DELIVERED, & it was VERY EASY to get the BUY-IN of the Zimbabwean population. Those who tried to mobilise against the Bill FAILED. The President also has SOLID Lieutenants who are ready to pour resources into supporting his Vision & Political Agenda… We have a lot to learn from this President!

Thank you Dr @paultungwarara for the offer, it’s so kind of you… I am very happy that some of my good comrades will get this money, it will make a difference. For me, it’s more about recognising that they played a positive role. Of course you are free to do whatever you want with your money, but rewarding the attacker more than the defenders surely doesn’t look good. In fact, there is no rationale for rewarding someone for leaking private conversations & spreading falsehoods. ZANU PF shouldn’t be blackmailed by anyone, we all have to agree & disagree without turning crudely toxic. For me, Rutendo crossed the line, the worst we can do with him is let him be… I totally disagree with the notion of giving in to blackmail/extortion, it should NEVER be encouraged in any rational society. I respectfully decline this offer. Once again, thank you for sharing your wealth with fellow Zimbabweans, it’s very kind of you.
Dr P Tungwarara, Presidential Advisor@paultungwarara

I wish to reward these Comrades who fought by all means to protect the President, by providing them with a token of appreciation of USD$10k per person. During the period when Matinyarare was attacking the President, these individuals did everything within their power to defend him and the First Family. Furthermore, I will instruct my microfinance institution to offer them low-cost loans to help kickstart their small businesses. Congratulations to you all. Stay blessed, and continue to protect the President and the image of our country. Kudzai, your criticism is now bordering on envy but here is my issue with you. You are sitting here defending the system that I converted you to defend. I introduced you to Kuda and asked him to work with you but today you now want to spit in my face because you don’t like that I got a mere car??? But can you compare anything you have done for Zimbabwe to what I have done for Zimbabwe? You want to focus on what you call my insults—which I said I am willing to apologize for—but have you considered that my contribution to this country and the President far outweighs that which you want to denigrate me for? Why haven’t you made a big deal of my contributions for the country as you are doing about my mistakes? Don’t let your envy get the better of you my brother. You are a beneficiary of my work and me recommending you to the system…..don’t let your jealousy get the better of you.

@chabatatafguy @matinyarare @edmnangagwa Criticism is allowed little man…. We pushed for better policies and it worked…. The President’s team made changes because some of us stood up to push for better policies…. ED isn’t scared of criticism, but if you think this👇🏽 is criticism then u need your head checked

Debunking the "Phantom Central Bank" Allegations Against Wicknell Chivayo @wicknellchivayo A recent post by @jahman_adamski makes dramatic claims: that Wicknell Chivayo runs a shadow "phantom central bank," moving gold and cash across Africa and Europe via private jets and shell companies. The narrative is cinematic. But it collapses under basic scrutiny. Here’s a point-by-point response to the specific allegations. 1. Flight logs are not proof of smuggling The post cites flight schedules as evidence of a "gold-for-cash pipeline." But flight logs show only movement, not cargo. No customs seizure, no photographic evidence of gold on board, no whistleblower testimony. Routine business travel is being recast as a smuggling operation without a single documented consignment. 2. UK company registrations are normal Dolintel Trading Ltd (16474915) and Intratrek Ltd (16475057) are registered at standard London addresses—62a Peabody Road, Farnborough, and 71-75 Shelton Street, respectively. These are not "secret hangars." Thousands of African-owned firms register in the UK for legitimate trade and compliance. Using incorporation addresses as evidence of laundering is misleading. 3. The "Nigerian re-certification" theory has no evidence The claim that gold is "re-born" with West African documentation in Abuja is pure speculation. No forged certificates, no named officials, no intercepted shipments. The narrative assumes corruption without offering a single investigative document. 4. International aviation is not lawless Suggesting that entire consignments of gold move from Harare to Nairobi to Dar-es-Salaam to Abuja to Farnborough bypassing all customs and aviation security ignores reality. Every international cargo flight is subject to documentation, weight checks, and potential inspections. The idea of moving gold "under the world's nose" repeatedly is implausible. 5. The US dollar jurisdiction argument is overblown The post claims that using USD triggers OFAC jurisdiction and that Chivayo is "handcuffing himself" to sanctioned figures. But no credible source has established that Chivayo directly handles money for President Mnangagwa, First Lady Auxillia Mnangagwa, Kudakwashe Tagwirei, or any other sanctioned individual. Asserting a "pattern of life" is not the same as proving a transaction. 6. No independent verification Serious allegations of transnational organized crime require corroboration from investigative journalism, customs records, sanctions listings, or court filings. None are provided. Instead, the narrative relies on speculative phrases: "ghost dollars," "phantom central bank," "suitcases of cash." That’s storytelling, not evidence. Bottom line: The "phantom central bank" narrative weaves circumstantial details into a compelling conspiracy. But without documentation, named sources, or independent investigation, these allegations remain conjecture not fact.

The South African Constitution is 30 years old… and the MK Party is pushing for a 22nd Amendment (To expropriate land without compensation). This means, in 30 years, the SA constitution was amended 21 times. In 13 years, the Zim Constitution was amended 2 times only. But Zimbabweans will be falling over each other on @SABCNews & @eNCA to demonise Amending the Constitution… Folks like @mawarirej & @BitiTendai will talking as if it’s criminal & unethical to Amend the Constitution…. Constitutions can be amended, & they will be amended as many times as needed.

𝗗𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛 𝗕𝗬 𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙𝗜𝗦𝗛𝗡𝗘𝗦𝗦. He was once the richest black man in Zimbabwe, made by ZANU PF policies, indigenization, and preferential procurement alongside people like Nigel Chanakira, James Makamba, Strive Masiyiwa, and others. At his zenith, he had 27 companies: 2 banks, 2 insurance companies, a number of mines, a pipe manufacturing company, and others, bought through vender finance and financial engineering, enabled by ZANU PF indigenization policies. Under the illusion that he was self-made because he had worked at the World Bank, he was asked to give back to those who made him. He refused. Meanwhile, smart ones like Strive never forgot what made them, so they gave back to their masters, without thinking twice, despite playing to the gallery by speaking ill against the same ZANU PF that empowered them. You have heard Mutsvangwa saying we make all those who have money in Zimbabwe. That’s no joke. As a result, Mawere lost all that had been given him. Mr World Bank, thinking that since he was “self-made” and a South African citizen, he would join the ANC, get tenders and empowerment deals again to make it. But in a country where blacks own nothing, he became broke and destitute, to a point of being embroiled in fraud of $250 000. For the better part of his last 15 years, he was trying to convince people like me and many others to help him fight the government to get his wealth back, but it was to no avail because it was never his in the first place. As a result, he died of stress and frustration at the age of 66, unable to get the support and empowerment that once made him. If Nigel Chanakira and Kasukuwere do not humble themselves, I see them suffering the same fate. ZANU PF made them all, and without ZANU PF they won’t survive. Don’t listen to these class of 1972-79 telling you that they are self-made. Most of them were made by ZANU PF, including THE telco billionaire. If you don’t believe me, let him to refuse to kiss the ring and see if he won’t end up like Mawere. Never turn your back on your country or what made you, because it's the only thing that can make you again. Many of you diaspora citizens who are always bitter and denigrating your nation here on social media, you are already showing signs of similar frustration and heartbreak. It's not too late; learn from our elder. RIP Mawere. PS: There's nothing I'm writing here that I didn't say to his face.
