This is CrowdStrike's Director of Overwatch, so I hope to help spread the word. I believe CS stopped these changes from being pushed out so machines late to the party wont get the faulty driver. Command in Safe Mode: del "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike\C-00000291*.sys"

CrowdStrike customers suffering massive BSoD outage. The following is reported to fix it: 1. Boot into Safe Mode, Recovery Environment [or from USB drive e.g. Linux] 2. Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike 3. Delete "C-00000291*.sys" 4. Boot normally

Workaround steps from @CrowdStrike Boot Windows into Safe Mode or the Windows Recovery Environment Navigate to the C:Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike directory Locate the file matching “C-00000291*.sys”, and delete it. Boot the host normally.

It's already been changed back, but this is funny #Crowdstrike

@noIPv6 @neil_h_watson @neojima With the Hyper-V manager, one can change the WSL2 network to bridged with the host. This gets IPv6 connectivity, but loses some of the NATted network access, so, NO, WSL2 does not have IPv6 support.

@neil_h_watson @neojima try `wsl -l -v`? i’d love to know if they finally added ipv6 support to wsl 2. 🫣

@withinboredom Alas, moving to a bridged WSL2 network loses access to the windows VPN. I wish Hyper-V would request a dhcpv6-pd block and then assign that to the WSL2 instance.

Today, @realDonaldTrump supporters followed the Biden bus throughout central Texas to intimidate Biden supporters. They ran into a person's car, yelling curse words and threats. Don't let bullies win, vote.

@sararaskyy @BlessUSA45 Yes, I hope they prosecute the white SUV driver for crossing the dotted white line and running into the truck. I didn't see the SUV try to force the bus off the road, unless by "bus" you mean pickup truck.
