@jangles @TweetenApp Can you double check that you're entering your username and password correctly? You may also want to check your system's clock to make sure it is set correctly.

@jangles @TweetenApp Hi Neville. I tried to reproduce this, and I *did* see this message, but only when I entered an incorrect password. It looks like Twitter broke something with the error conditions for the OAuth login page used here. However, with correct credentials it still works for me.

@TweetiumWindows installed app from Store on Win11 PC but error every time trying to login to Twitter (screenshot). Connection fine, Twitter accessible directly (and via @TweetenApp 😉) How to get it working?

@jangles @TweetenApp Hi Neville. It looks like that error is coming from the Windows Web Authentication Broker, which is where the Twitter login page is loaded. It could be an issue reaching the Twitter page, or could be an issue with your Windows installation or network configuration.

@nfishy9 FYI, there is no longer a "Tweetium Pro" offering, only the basic app. TweetMarker is no longer around, so Tweetium no longer can use it.
Unfortunately Twitter hampered a lot of Tweetium functionality. They did add some new APIs, but I haven't had time to investigate them yet.

@McAkins Hi there. I'm not aware of any issues, but this could be due to a Store service outage or bug. You can try rebooting and trying again, or you can try running the "wsreset.exe" command to see if that helps.

@level6prod It should show *prior* tweets that the one you opened were in reply to. However it can unfortunately no longer show you later replies to the one you expand. This is due to Twitter removing the mechanism I was using to retrieve threads.

@level6prod Do you mean where they were showing completely blank? Or the fact that they’re showing only prior tweets in the thread (and only up to 5)?

Some time over the past 48 hours Twitter rolled out a change which broke conversation views in Tweetium (again). I've begun investigating to determine what exactly broke. Hopefully will have an update out soon, though a lot will depend on how quickly Store certification happens.

@TweetiumWindows Got the login back but still no threads or opening individual tweets. Just seeing blank space.

@TweetiumWindows was still having trouble this morning so I reset the app but now I can't login anymore (tried revoking app access, still no go).

@marypcbuk @level6prod Yeah, it seems some phones didn't receive the last major OS update(s). I'll see if I can lower the min version any more for the next update, and look for any obvious AppBar issues. Maintaining phone support is challenging though.

@_aGirlsQuotes It's possible you could be hitting an issue with the Windows settings sync feature. You could try turning that off (search for "sync" in the Start menu to find the settings page) to see if the problem goes away. Turning it off and back on might even fix it while keeping sync on.

@_aGirlsQuotes Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I tried to reproduce this with those color settings but haven't been able to do so - the color settings are always persisted in my testing.
