i thought it was obvious that people say "larp" because you're *roleplaying* as a fan of something. when you roleplay you play a character you're not, so by larping something like this you're pretending to be a fan when you really aren't

They're not the same thing, just slang used interchangeably as fake synonyms.
Larp is literally an acronym for live action roleplay, and while tourists can definitely be rude or uncultured... It's not really a set person.

@softcleric Not really. That's just you porjecting onto an empty space. He doesn't talk because he has no personality and isn't meant to have a personality, because he's a self insert character. Ash is just an adaptation of him for a non-interactive medium.
