@bell not only sent our neighbour- who is a senior citizen-on a goose chase but badgered with excessive calls, never got a ticket number, except her to use MyBell when she doesn’t have internet or cellphone. Wrote the wrong problem down, so they cancelled.

#Frustrated with @Bell_Support and @townofoakville. Our next door neighbour has lost all forms of communication- internet, phone service and TV- four days due to a cable cut from city maintenance workers.

@townofoakville made the damage, and did not notify home owners. They made the problem, and should be responsible enough to fix it. Now she is being billed for your carelessness.

@Bell_Support internet is down. And virtual repair has been going on in circles, trying to figure out if there’s an outage and not going to the next step.
