You don’t need 50 content ideas right now. Seriously.
You need to answer one real question properly.
Not “what should we post today?”
But:
“What is my ideal customer actively trying to figure out right now?”
And no, don’t guess.
Go check:
→ Your DMs
→ Sales calls
→ Comments people leave
→ Questions friends ask when you explain your product
That confusion, that repeated question, that hesitation...
That’s your blog post.
Write it like you’re explaining to one person.
Use their exact words.
Don’t overcomplicate it.
Most founders skip this and jump straight to “thought leadership.”
But being helpful beats trying to be impressive. Every single time.
