How do I get into Arc Raiders? I've done a few matches but ultimately end up feeling like there is no point to the game, what am I missing?? I must be missing something!?

@TechnomagGames @MyloSoft_ Short answer, no! I find my career as a software engineer to be a great complement to my hobby as a game dev. That said - I'm the type of person who can code for their hobby all morning then still enjoy coding at work. Gotta find what's right for you!

@MyloSoft_ @_devduck Hi, I’m a Comp Sci student unsure if I should try to lean into game dev full time or have another coding job and keep making games as a hobby. Out of curiosity, do you see any disadvantages with coding for both your job and your hobby?

@arieare I talk about this quite a lot in Dauphin's first devlog! Grew up on a lake with my best friend who has gone on to become a marine biologist. Dauphin is my way of reconnecting with my love of marine life and exploration!

@yourgeekeric I would say it's not so much about planning / organization (though there is a chapter on that) but more about the fundamentals of designing a good game experience itself. Totally worth the read!

@greggbolinger It is indeed an LG C1 48"! These days I would definitely recommend the newer 42" versions if you're going to go this route.

@_devduck You're YT video description say that you're using an LG 48" and it links to a smart TV. But I'm not sure that's accurate? Can you let me know? I'm looking for a monitor similar to yours but 48" seems larger than what I am seeing in your videos.
