@PaulDJohnston Some parts of it are weird and surprising but most of it is pretty straightforward imo. Especially with CDK.

Does anyone else think this?
Please be honest. For those of us who work with serverless tech day in day out IAM is basically second nature but it can also be a bit frustrating.

@PaulDJohnston Working with IAM is too difficult I don't trust myself to use it securely, and even if I did I'd worry that adding more engineers to a project would increase the chance of someone else making a mistake with it in the future

@thijsniks @tkarlo Home owners have limited options to improve things. External insulation often requires planning permission. Internal insulation takes up a lot of space in the living area.

@robdykedotcom A banned form of risky options contract that is prone to fraud. Seems about right for crypto.

@mountain_ghosts £1250 per customer. Doesn't sound totally implausible.

@thomas_k_r you can get like 5x your salary on a mortgage these days no? most senior level tech people should be able to get a mortgage on that.

@stevendotjs Advice is only useful in a context and if you're context is "my manager is too busy to manage me" this is just a cope.
English

@stevendotjs e.g.
Your boss is tired of being your manager.
They want you to manage them.
Assume they’re reading with partial attention. Remind them where you left off so they can task switch faster.
English

@stevendotjs The framing of the OP is that managers are too busy to manage you. This is a broken org. I've been there. The managers need to be identifying this and changing things up.

@mountain_ghosts i go look up benchmarks for them from people like @GamersNexus and @HardwareUnboxed. usually pretty easy to compare specific games or tasks that are relevant to me.
English

@mountain_ghosts if you're comfortable upgrading the SSD (1TB for £100) the 12600K one doesn't seem too awful in this market. if not 256GB is uselessly small so the 10700F is probably a more practical choice.
English

@mountain_ghosts you can buy your own 3060 Ti for less than 800 so...no.
