@laxswamy The nurses in my unit really knew each other and supported each other to the core, pregnancy, babies, marriage, divorce, loss...it was a network of support that helped to carry you through the chronic trauma, stress, and loss experienced.

Why workplace climate? It comes down to interpersonal relationships. Relationships with patients, colleagues, supervisors, leadership - these can have a tremendous impact on clinician wellbeing. Great climate = mutual respect, psychological safety, teamwork & cooperation.
