@sheila_gooner It used to be (back in the 1990s) the day when spurs could no longer win a trophy. Then the media (incorrectly) made it about league finishing positions. Either way yesterday was St Totteringham’s day

Am I the crazy one? No matter how good Odegaard has been, Rice, even Gabi and Saliba…. But for me, Benjamin White is the player of the season within the club!! His loyalty, commitment, shithousing, skill, pace, everything has made him unreal this season

@henrywinter Maybe they should do their job better Henry. Especially in the PL and EFL. Maybe they should have consequences and actual punishment. This season has been fully skewered by refereeing decision.

Uefa Football Board, including Rio Ferdinand, Patrick Vieira and Rafa Benitez, met in Nyon and acknowledged “the behaviour of players and coaches towards match officials in several recent instances has become a critical issue and does not contribute positively to the good image of the game”. Board voiced its determination for the game to tackle dissent with a “firm disciplinary approach”. Managers should “set an example” to stop “mobbing of officials”. Board, also including Juan Mata, Luis Figo, Michael Laudrup and Petr Cech, proposed a campaign “led by key players” to highlight those “faking injuries to gain an unfair advantage, waste time and disrupt the flow of the game”. Board also recommended ensuring VAR “is more consistent, transparent and understandable for players, coaches and fans”.
