@MaxWebe10666296 @dydxabiola @embele_paul @DailyPostNGR I see. That means you were born before English language was first spoken, that's why you are able to type in English. Father Abraham, I see you. In conclusion, it is what it is. Since you can't prove otherwise, the truth remains, there's no justification for detaining MNK in jail.
English

@bryangpatrick @dydxabiola @embele_paul @DailyPostNGR Yes it’s about age if you don’t know the importance of that I can’t help you. Cos you are following a course you knew little to nothing about. Unfortunately trying to explain it to you is futile Abi nitio

Biafra: I’ll free Nnamdi Kanu as president, no reason imprisoning him over insults – Peter Obi

@MaxWebe10666296 @dydxabiola @embele_paul @DailyPostNGR So, it's about '60s to '70s. That's the reason MNK is in jail after over 60yrs? Also, to the level of your education and school of thought, one can only say something about an event that happened after they were born. That's sad. And if I may ask: were you born in the '60s?
English

@bryangpatrick @dydxabiola @embele_paul @DailyPostNGR Oh you want to go memory lane? Were you born in the late 60s to 70s? I need to know first before I go on the deconstruction of how we got to Kanu cos if you were not born during this critical period in Nigeria history, then there is no point engaging you.
English

@ThaWolfBoi @ruffydfire That is justifiable, especially, with someone with a health challenge. Personally, setting this boundary is far beyond cheating intent. But I understand very well that many do it because of that.
English

@bryangpatrick @ruffydfire I dated one girl back in the university, called her severally she didn’t pick, knowing she had health concerns, I panicked, I went to her house knocked and knocked only to find her in the house with another guy.
English

You that gave her your spare key, what does that mean to you? Rubbissh! The problem with relationships in Nigeria is that we've converted dating to marriage, while marriage somehow becomes dating. There are boundaries in dating that many have encroached on. Who does that?

@DailyPostNGR No matter how you people want to twist what Obi said for your agenda, even though he said these exact words, he's 100% correct! There's no justification for why Nnamdi Kanu is in life-sentence while his counterpart, Sunday Igboho, is now in the APC. That's selective justice!

@MaxWebe10666296 @dydxabiola @embele_paul @DailyPostNGR What was he doing? How did he start and at what point did it escalate? If you are serious and ready to be factual for us to engage, let's talk. And mind you, I am not Igbo. Just to clear that.
English

@Big_marvis Imagine a Yoruba man speaking for the Igbo region. That's how you love other parts of Igbo land, but Nnamdi Kanu, from Abia state, is in jail simply for agitating for inclusivity, and you have never spoke for him. Is the governor of Abia state, Alex Otti, also from Anambra?
English

Sometimes we need to remove emotions, tribal sentiment and social media propaganda and tell ourselves the bitter truth.
If Peter Obi was from Ebonyi, Imo, Enugu or Abia, would he receive this same overwhelming support from Ndi-Igbo?
The honest answer is NO.
Many people may not like this conversation, but it needs to be said.
The support Peter Obi gets from a large section of Ndi-Anambra is not completely because he is the best or the most qualified Igbo politician. A huge part of it is because he is from Anambra State. Let’s stop pretending otherwise.
For years, many people have acted like leadership of Ndigbo must revolve around Anambra interests, and anybody outside that circle is automatically seen as inferior, irrelevant or not “fit” enough.
Now let’s ask the real question nobody wants to answer:
What exactly has Peter Obi personally done for Igbo land politically at the federal level before becoming a presidential candidate?
He worked under Abacha’s regime — what major Igbo project did he attract then?
What visible federal infrastructure across the South East can people confidently point to and say: “Peter Obi made this happen”?
Now compare that with Dave Umahi.
Love him or hate him, the man left visible projects behind.
From 2015 to 2023, he transformed Ebonyi from one of the most neglected and mocked states in Nigeria into one of the fastest developing states in the country. Today Ebonyi is no longer the forgotten state people used to laugh at.
As Minister of Works today, several major roads affecting Igbo land are receiving attention:
• Enugu–Onitsha Expressway
• Enugu–Makurdi–Abuja Road
• Calabar–Ebonyi–Abuja Coastal Route
• Multiple federal road interventions across the South East
These are physical projects people can see with their eyes, not just social media motivation and emotional speeches.
Yet, this same man is insulted daily by some Ndi-Anambra simply because he is from Ebonyi.
Ironically, outside Igbo land, Umahi is receiving more respect and recognition than he gets from his own people.
Yes, no politician is perfect. Umahi has shortcomings too. But Ndigbo must learn to separate hatred, envy and state superiority complex from reality.
This is not about hating Peter Obi.
This is about asking ourselves a difficult question:
Are we supporting competence and results… or are we simply supporting our own state people?
Because sometimes, the loudest supporters of “New Nigeria” are still deeply trapped in old tribal politics.

There is No Reason to Detain Nnamdi Kanu. He Did Nothing Wrong — Peter Obi
Former Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has reiterated his opposition to the continued detention of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Nnamdi Kanu, insisting that no one should be arrested simply for expressing their views.
Speaking in Washington, Obi said he sees no justification for Kanu’s detention and urged authorities to embrace dialogue rather than repression when dealing with agitators.
“I have said this repeatedly, there is no reason for detaining Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. You cannot arrest somebody just because the person is speaking on radio,” Obi stated.
Drawing from his own experience in politics, the former Anambra State governor argued that criticism and name-calling are not criminal offences.
“I am a politician, people have been calling me names, it’s not an offence,” he said.
Obi extended his position to all separatist and political agitators across the country, saying engagement remains the most effective way to address grievances and preserve national unity.
“Even all agitators; if I was in government today, I will discuss with them and engage with them, I will consult them. Because I believe if they have a reason for whatever they want to do, it’s only by engaging them we will learn and see how we can resolve this,” he added.
The former presidential candidate, however, acknowledged that he currently holds no government office and therefore lacks the authority to act on such proposals.
“But I am not in position to do anything today,” Obi said.
