I love @worcparkrun and back after a break caused by dodgy ankle and back. Luckily my lovely sister Louise is super quick and got the coffees in before I’d even finished! My face has now returned to a normal colour 🥵. Thanks to all the @parkrunUK organisers and volunteers 😍

@ItsSimplyZoe My pilates instructor is no stick insect but she has a new sadistic session. 45 secs repeated exercises 15 sec off and then off we go again. 45 mins non stop 🤪
