I don't think there's any Russian involvement here. They are sitting this one out except providing courtesy intel to Iran for their drone help to Russia for Ukraine war. That's all. US knows this and is OK with it. The propaganda of Russian involvement is being done by the same GLISCO media from the US that ran the Russia-Ukraine war. They do not want any Trump's US-Russia ties reset. Hence whoever follows Chinese/GLISCO propaganda media networks think Russia is involved. I am also skeptical about Iran's missile launch towards Deigo Garcia too. I think it is US propaganda to get Europe involved showing some non-existent threat. Iran must be silly to do this launch when it knows it may not hit. Iran has also denied having missiles of that range just yesterday. I will believe Iran on this than the US or that media. This propaganda is psyops to capture the Iran supporting/GLISCO media following side to turn it against Iran and get more countries involved, imho.

US and its NATO allies have made Russia bleed for four years in Ukraine through overt and covert support. Putin is wanting to do the same to the West in Iran war. That is how Iran suddenly gained the previously non-existent ability to launch long range missiles towards Diego Gracia. Russia and China deliberately let Venezuela pass on but will now give provocation after provocation in Middle East through Iran to suck US and its allies into a long term land warfare.
