Deeply disappointed by claim handling @abhealthin. After multiple queries as well as back and forth with your so called GRO, they fail to provide clear explanation of deduction. Moreover, over 6 times, they responded with copy-paste messages.

Even after repeated requests of explaining why the deductions were made, your team provide vague reasoning in the name of tariff and has failed to show any proofs or share any documentation of where these tariffs are stated.

@airindia I am trying to travel from Toronto to Delhi on July 18 and need an extra seat since I am travelling with an infant. My child is big for a bassinet. Your call center and website dont allow booking infant on seat or booking extra seat. The call center has been unhelpful

@flipkartsupport - You really need to work on your email deliverability. I have a ticket open with your support team and all of their replies are going to my SPAM on Gmail. This is repeated even after marking each email as not spam!

Why deosn't@IRCTCofficial allow partial payment through reward points? I am forced to buy reward points at 1.5 per point which is valued at Rs 1 just because I want to redeem my accumulated points. @RailMinIndia @PiyushGoyal @PiyushGoyalOffc Isn't this daylight robbery?
