Three video angles of the Minneapolis shooting, all slowed down and zoomed in. The Department of Homeland Security says the officer acted in self-defense. Minneapolis mayor Jacob Frey and now Minnesota Governor Tim Walz say they have "seen the video" and are telling people not to believe DHS. The woman who was driving the vehicle is deceased.
