@TheOfficialSBI PG429267299461 this is the complaint number i received 10 days ago. I am looking for ways to take this issue to court. As waiting for 45 days for my own money around 11k seems harassment and cruelty to me.

@TheOfficialSBI i tried paying my credit card bill through paytm using sbi debit card which failed due to some error. My money fid not get refunded by sbi. And when i raised a complaint they are asking me to wait for 45 days for resolution! Wonderfull sbi great way to digitalize

@Paytmcare all this time i thought i was talking to a human customer care executive. It looks like they upgraded to chatbots!! So not even caring to hear us out and named paytm care!!

@Paytmcare hello my credit card payment got failed and paytm said it refunded the amount. But when i provide the transaction id to me bank they deny any such refund received. Where is my money ???

@ACTFibernet look at this useless ticket which has no value whatsoever. Have been raising tickets from starting of october. Every time it kept taking down ticket without resolution. Fantastic job

@ACTFibernet hellow in two months I registered more than 20 complaints and still no proper fix, such a worst customer care service who don’t know basic English and not even ready to understand my problem . It’s really hard to reach your bloody customer service as well. #Cheaters
