Regardless of whether or not a motorist starts a manoeuvre, a cyclist who is ahead of them still has priority.
You need to read the highway code.

So if she works maybe she can charge at work. supermarket have cheap slow chargers you can charge while you shop.

Had he made that manoeuvre during his driving test, he would have failed it.

Clown bought it as boiler wasn’t working but he never told me boiler wasn’t working as he thought he’d be liable for cost !!! Turned out boiler wasn’t working as pressure had dropped .. was only serviced in January by British Gas .. it’s as as tenant is a young boy who’s been in care most of his life and he keeps place spotless but he’s clueless

As many as 80% of cars and vans that are passing me are driving on there DRL’s, disappearing into fog banks with no rear lights on!! So many obviously don’t understand the basic functions of their vehicles. 🤷🏻♂️ It wouldn’t hurt for @NationalHways to use the Message boards and say to use dipped headlights, after all prevention is better than cure. I remember the shocking scene on the M1 some decades ago, and in this thick fog and some of the ridiculous speeds some are still going, it’s not going to take much for a similar incident to happen. ☹️
