@ChrisRamsey60 Chris - are you having to sprinkler these or are you building buildings below 12,000 SF?

@HunkyDoryTX Never seen that. But our signage companies offer to put the same type of banners on existing signs that say “sold” on for $25-50. Might get neighbors to call asking what the price is. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Is it normal to pay for signage to announce that a property is under contract? Is that not the ultimate jinx??

Apartment building that I have under contract for my clients. The attic is officially the largest attic I have ever been in. 15,000 square feet. Over 35 feet tall at the highest point.

To those impacted by weather last night: 1. Your policy pays for sudden and incremental, physical damage. Not old and warn out roof shingles 2. If a roofer knocks on your door, that doesn’t mean they are an expert. Ask your insurance professional for a recommendation

@glafser @moseskagan It’s crazy. I wonder how much gets settled every year in injury suits to make such marketing spend feasible?

This one has taken a little longer that we expected... Finally got the garage/facade rebuilt to resemble a historic garage door. New floor is poured, framing done, and MEP rough in is done. Hard part is behind us. Facade before and after below. More project pics below 🧵
