Are you planning to go for a Vacation to Enjoy? Wellll..Drop It because it will be a nightmare because Stray Dogs have taken it over.. Every Street,Every Beach,Every Vacation Place,Every School,Every Hospital,Every Govt. Building,Every Housing Society..They are everywhere..














After having no control over my sugar intake for over 10 yrs, I finally decided to cut "added sugar" intake. Just after 2 months of quitting, I went to Amritsar. Couldn't resist my temptation to have Lassi. What I once craved for months became something I couldn't drink. Not only did I find it weird, but I couldn't even finish drinking half the glass. Sugar, I realised, once you quit, there's no going back. There's no better way of quitting something once you start despising it! Health experts here – is there any way of despising junk food as well? I've been told that having 4 litres of water a day helps. Your craving does go away but you don't start despising it.
