The Locker's source is published and verified on-chain, and it contains exactly two functions: collect(), which can only harvest accrued swap fees to a hard-coded, immutable treasury address, and the ERC-721 receive hook. There is no decreaseLiquidity, no transfer, no approve, no burn, no owner, and no upgrade mechanism — meaning no one, including the team, has any code path to withdraw or move the principal liquidity, ever. You can confirm the lock is real right now: the position's on-chain liquidity (1.5618e23) equals the pool's entire in-range liquidity — the locked position is the pool.
