@itslilith_xoxo@Don_Felipe007 I only deadlift singles myself. Sometimes added weight makes the next one messy, but they improve after 6 to 12 sets. Probably more awkward doing singles in a gym, considering the longer rest times necessary for lifting like this.
@satsukisub11 Men too, if we ditch the straps and train our grip along with every lift we do. If you like grip training, try the two-finger deadlift and let us know how that feels. Lighter weight than your normal deadlift, though.
@hayakuagero300 Please don't delete your setup for the lift, as this must also be mastered for your safety. Practice the same setup with light dumbbells or heavy dumbells, so that your movements are automatic and smooth. Consider one-arm presses as you go heavier.
@Evzimus@hayakuagero300 Floor press might be a safer way to start, in my opinion. I sometimes use a crunch bench as a decline press, which limits my stretch and allows pressing from the ground. Probably more decline angle than most prefer, but works with my height and arm length.
@JoshPhillipsPhD Somewhat correct, though the first ten amendments had to be appended to the Constitution, in part, to persuade the antiFederalists who needed clarification to ratify. A good example of your point is the second amendment, where the right to bear Arms is presumed as extant.
I don't take any supplements but me thinks I start taking creatine and taking my nutrition seriously and start tracking it on here hmmm (I eat lemon pepper wings as a post gym meal)
Yo… saw this guy at the gym doing the weirdest form ever 😭
