I’m well aware when the EC became the EU. But: Did we get any help from the EC in 1982? Did we get any help from EC members in 1982? Or did Argentina get more? The French did indeed invoke 42.7 after the 2015 terrorist attacks. The response didn’t amount to much. But I’m glad you reproduced the clause.
