🐐GOAT ALERT🐐 WILLIE MAYS is now a supporter of #LGDay! Inducted into the @baseballhall in 1979, Mays played in 24(!) All-Star games, won 2x MVP, 12x Gold Glove, and has the MVP of the World Series named after him! Thanks to @bcraw35 for talking to Willie about our cause!

The Players Association extends its deepest condolences to Bryan’s family, friends and members of the ALS community. We greatly admired his courage and commitment to the cause of establishing a Lou Gehrig Day and finding a cure.

We are devastated to announce that our co-founder, Bryan Wayne Galentine, has died suddenly of ALS. A big fighter for the ALS cause, he was on many committees at @iamalsorg and he was PASSIONATE about #LG4Day, always driving the group to go faster. RIP BWAYNE, we got this!
