$STRC is our iPhone moment. $5B in cumulative revenue in 7 months, faster than virtually any product, including the iPhone.
Natalie Brunell ⚡️@natbrunell

Your bank pays you almost nothing on your savings...on purpose. Because you're not rich enough to matter to them. STRC pays 11.5%. Tax-deferred. Whether you have $100 or $1 million. Strategy's CEO @phongle explains why this changes everything. Full show:

DOES STRC REALLY HAVE THE BEST RISK ADJUSTED RETURN? Recently, Michael Saylor claimed that STRC can have a Sharpe Ratio of 3, 4, or even 5. They say, "Don't Trust, Verify", so I calculated the Sharpe Ratio myself...

If @saylor has vowed to never sell Strategys bitcoin holdings, then how will the company to payout STRC dividends over the long-term? @Rajatsoni @AdamBLiv

@StrategyMaxi MSTR price is back to where it was in March 2024. Maybe MSTR was a good investment is you got in early, but the bubble has popped.

Retiring in 7 years. Mid-30s. How? 100% MSTR. That’s it. You only need 300 shares held until 2033. Then two paths open: Live a life of leisure forever or go change the world. Wealth. Power. Focus. That’s all you need.

A HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT (HSA) MAY BE THE MOST POWERFUL ACCOUNT FOR $STRC DIVIDENDS. — and most people overlook it. Triple tax advantage + 11.5% monthly dividends + reinvestment compounding = $248K from $123K in contributions over 12 years. Tax-free.

@BorisJohnson Bitcoin is not a Ponzi scheme. A Ponzi requires a central operator promising returns and paying early investors with funds from later ones. Bitcoin has no issuer, no promoter, and no guaranteed return—just an open, decentralized monetary network driven by code and market demand.

@loadingpancakes Not a fan on two fronts. First, I like building my own portfolio, so I never desired having an ETF company's portfolio. Second, I'm not interested in income solely. I like capital gain/upside/growth/total return. Trading LT upside for max income today isn't appealing.

Borrow $71,000 today at 7.5% interest. Instead of buying Bitcoin outright… Buy $STRC. It currently pays about 11.5% annually and pays monthly dividends. That means the asset is paying you 4% more than your borrowing cost. Let’s do the math. $71,000 in STRC $8,165/year in dividends. Your loan costs you $5,325/year. That leaves roughly $2,800/year profit. Now take that spread and buy Bitcoin every month. The bank finances the asset. The asset finances the Bitcoin. If STRC stays at par and the dividend holds… You’ve basically turned the banking system into a Bitcoin DCA machine. Sometimes the simplest trades are the most powerful.

The Bottom Line
The Bottom Line@cronkite2000·
The dividend return on $SPYT, for instance, is twice that of $STRC. And since $STRC depends on the health of one company, heavily weighted by its Bitcoin exposure, I think $STRC has a higher risk profile. The S&P's risk, on the other hand, is spread across multiple companies with various levels of risk; that risk is the average of all the S&P companies. Many have long track records of sustained revenue through many market cycles and mitigated risk exposure. Myself, I'd be nervous with all my eggs in Strategy's basket. I put together this chart FYI....and I appreciate your comment.

Opened a new position for the Fund in a company that has an EPS CAGR of more than 17% over the last decade. It's generating ~25% ROE. The dividend was recently increased by 10%. The stock yields ~6%. Oh, and it's at a P/E ratio of 6. It's here: patreon.com/jasonfieber
