Amrutanjan went to Burma from Madras with the Tamil traders (who maintained a large community there for thousand years.) In Burma, some 30 years after Amrutanjan reached there, a Chinese trader copied it to create the Tiger Balm. Which Indians now import from South East Asia without knowing its true origins. Of course, the Chinese from SE Asia will never accept the blatant copy that Tiger Balm is. Because Camphor, Clove oil, and Menthol aren't used in their traditional medicine like Ayurveda and Amrutanjan. And Tiger Balm was first made in Rangoon where Amrutanjan was already popular, not in China or Malaya.
Parimal@Fintech03

Before the world knew the power of Big Pharma, a journalist in a tiny lab in Bombay created a substance so potent it triggered a trade war with London. It was a yellow grease that did not just soothe headaches but funded a movement, bypassed British blockades, & became 1 of the few Indian products to make the Empire's own medicine look like scented water. Unlike other brands started by chemists, Amrutanjan was founded by Kasinadhuni/Kasinathuni Nageswara Rao, a man who was primarily a journalist & a freedom fighter. In the late 1800s, the pain balm market in India was a British monopoly. If your head throbbed, you bought imported ointments. Rao saw this as a tax on pain. He retreated into a lab & perfected a formula that was significantly more potent than anything coming out of London. The British tried to push their own balms like Vicks/early menthol rubs as sophisticated & odorless. They attempted to smear Amrutanjan as primitive because of its overpowering scent. Rao leaned into the scent. He realized that in a country where literacy was low, a brand could not just be a name, it had to be an experience. He distributed free samples at music concerts (Sabhas) & religious festivals. By the time the British tried to patent the market for pain relief, the entire Indian public had already associated the smell of camphor & menthol with trust. The British balms felt alien & weak compared to the sensory explosion of the yellow tin. The smell of Amrutanjan... that piercing, camphor-heavy aroma became the literal scent of the freedom struggle. If you walked into a room & it smelled of Amrutanjan, it was a silent signal: A patriot is present. It was a scent the British police could not arrest, yet it was everywhere. The British had a Patent Medicine Tax that made imported drugs expensive. However, by classifying Amrutanjan as an Ayurvedic Proprietary Medicine, Rao managed to navigate a complex legal gray area. He essentially used the British legal system against itself. By proving his ingredients were ancient yet his manufacturing was modern, he avoided the crippling taxes that applied to purely Western drugs, while maintaining a price point (initially 10 annas) that made British imports look like daylight robbery Rao fought back not just in the market, but in the press. He used the profits from the balm to fund Andhra Patrika, 1 of the most influential anti-British newspapers. The British were literally paying for their own downfall. Every time a British officer’s wife bought a jar of Amrutanjan for a migraine (because it worked better than the London balms), she was inadvertently funding the printing of revolutionary literature that called for the end of the Raj. By the 1930s, this Indian yellow grease was being exported to Indian diaspora & locals in South Africa & Ceylon. It became a global symbol of Eastern Wisdom defeating Western Chemistry. It was 1 of those few occasions, an Indian OTC (Over the Counter) product achieved cult status internationally w/o a single pound of British investment. In fact, the yellow tin became so iconic that it did not need a label in the villages. The color & the smell were the brand. It was a biological Swadeshi. While others were fighting with words, Rao was fighting with molecular relief.

So allegedly, this is the face of the 65 year old monster Bhimrao Kamble, who r@ped an innocent 4 year old and stoned her to death after that in Nasrapur, near Pune. The shocking thing is, he is a repeat offender. He was jailed earlier for r@pe of a minor, but the great Indian judiciary let him out on bail! This guy does NOT deserve to live. He should be either encountered or handed over to the mob. Fast track courts in this country are a joke! And even if the lower courts do sentence him to death, by the time the case goes to the great Supreme Court, it will be 20 years at least, by which time, he will be kept alive at the taxpayer’s expense! This monster deserves to be bobbitised and left bleeding to death!

People are tearing out smart meters based on propaganda, forgetting how bad things used to be. Ten years ago, villages were in darkness most of the day no power for fans, water, or studying. Life was on hold. Now they destroying systems for reliable power and accountability over rumors. If you have smart meter, what is your view about it?

Bulls as Rural Powerhouses: How 'Nandi Rath' is Turning Stray Cattle into India's Cheapest Electricity Source In the bustling farmlands near Lucknow, a former DSP has sparked a quiet revolution that could redefine self-reliance for millions of Indian farmers. Meet Shailendra Singh's groundbreaking invention: the Nandi Rath – a clever, animal-powered electricity generator that harnesses the natural strength of bulls to produce affordable, sustainable power while solving one of rural India's thorniest problems: stray cattle. Picture this: sturdy bulls calmly walking in continuous circles on a specially designed inclined ramp inside a sturdy metal structure. Their steady movement spins a high-tech gearbox and flywheel system connected to alternators, converting kinetic energy into clean electricity. No fuel, no pollution, and minimal maintenance. A single bull delivers a solid 5 kW of power per hour. Add solar panels for a hybrid boost, and output jumps to 10 kW – enough to run irrigation pumps, flour mills, lighting, and household appliances all day long. The real magic? Electricity costs farmers just around ₹1.5 per unit – a game-changing fraction of grid prices. Farmers aren't just saving money; they're turning previously "unproductive" stray bulls into revenue generators. The animals get shelter, care, and purpose, while owners gain energy independence and extra income. This isn't some lab experiment. Singh has built and tested the Nandi Rath right on his own property in Siddhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The latest model features patented gearbox technology that maximizes output with minimal effort from the bulls – they simply walk naturally, using gravity and momentum to keep the system humming efficiently. What makes Nandi Rath truly brilliant is how it tackles two massive rural challenges in one stroke. India grapples with huge numbers of stray cattle that often become a burden. At the same time, unreliable and expensive electricity holds back small farmers. Singh's invention flips both problems into opportunities: stray animals become valuable partners in energy production, empowering villages to become energy self-sufficient without depending on expensive diesel or erratic grids. This innovation feels deeply rooted in India's soul – blending ancient respect for cattle (Nandi, after all, is Lord Shiva's divine bull) with modern engineering ingenuity. It's eco-friendly, scalable, and perfectly suited for the realities of village life. Shailendra Singh's vision goes beyond one machine. With government subsidies, cooperative models, and support from agricultural universities, Nandi Rath could spread across thousands of farms, lighting up homes, boosting crop yields, and creating a new rural economy powered by compassion and creativity. In a world chasing high-tech solutions, sometimes the most powerful ideas come from the ground up – quite literally, from the steady footsteps of hardworking bulls. Nandi Rath proves that true innovation doesn't always need fancy gadgets or massive funding. It just needs someone brave enough to see potential where others see problems. If this sparks your interest in grassroots tech transforming India, share it forward. Solutions like this deserve to reach every village that needs them. The future of rural power might just walk on four legs! #NandiRath #RuralInnovation #SustainableEnergy #MadeInIndia

PAST LIVES OF DEVARSHI NARAD MUNI From the right thumb of Brahma Daksh was born, from His mind Sanaka and sapta rishis, from his anger Rudra, from his lap Narada and from his left thumb a daughter named Virani was born. When Narada was asked by Brahmaji to go for procreation, he denied and shared his wish to be bachelor and devoted to Pramatma. Hearing such disobedience, Brahmaji cursed him to fall from his position. There was an extremely talented, handsome Gandharva named Upabarhana who was always surrounded by apsaras in the court of Indra in Swargalok. He was known for his music, beauty and pleasure, never for spiritual discipline. That was none other than the first fallen birth of Narada. Upabarhana was the boon of Shiva to Gandharva Chitraketu and his wife. One day many sages and Prajapatis gathers in Swargalok and were reciting hymns praising Bhagwan Vishnu. Upabarhana was invited there too to sing glorifying Vishnu. While performing, he was getting distracted by Apsaras. Even the lyrics of his songs were full of worldly desire and pride. Sages couldn’t take it more, they stopped him and furiously objected on his misusing of divine talent for sense enjoyment. They cursed him to fall from his position. There was an emperor called Drumila. He, along with his wife Kalavati, performed penance on the banks of the Ganga for having child. Dhrumil left everything of his life and decided to be in forest doing penance for the rest of the life. He gifted away all his wealth to brahmins and died in the forest. Kalavati became pregnant due to her sadhana towards Devata. Kalavati became the servant in that brahmin’s house. In due course of time Kalavati delivered a son. On the birth of the child it rained in the drought land which didn’t have rain for years. And because of that the brahmin master of Kalavati named the child Narada, meaning he who gives water. Once Narada grew up a bit, he told his mother the story about his former birth. Meanwhile, Kalavati, who went to milk the cow, was bitten to death by a snake and Narada was orphaned. The poor boy Narada indulged more into Vishnu Bhakti after being orphaned. Shiva with his 2/3 parshads went to the same village and started living there Narada used to do service to them and lived on the left overs given by them. He repeated songs sung by them about Viṣhṇu. Gradually Nārada became perfect devotee of Viṣhṇu and a unique master of music. Entire Chaturmas he served Shiva and his Parshads in disguise. Shiva and others imparted Bhagavat to Narada before they left him. Narada, thus attained divine knowledge, performed penance for many years on the banks of the Gaṅga and died there. Narada, who expired on the banks of the Gaṅga was again born as the son of Brahmaji. Again he got cursed by sage Parvat and became a monkey for Hundred years. After that birth he attained Brahmaloka and took birth as the son of Brahmaji again for the last time. All these happened in the different Manvantars. That’s why Narad Muni has the connection with the various characters in different time lines in Puran. There is no other character in the Puraṇs as popular place as Narada. Blessings of Devarshi Narad can take you higher in devotional path. Today is Narad Jayanti. Narayan……..Narayan II

Must watch and Max Share.. Goa is a Hindu 🕉 Land .. Always was and Always will be.. Worth your 13 odd mins .. Francis Xavier arrived in 1542 with a chilling mandate: "Rigor de Misericordia." ⚔️📜 Before the Inquisition even officially began, the "Rigour of Mercy" was used to raze every Hindu temple in Goa to the ground. Xavier specifically targeted the Brahmins, knowing that if you break the keepers of a civilization’s language and knowledge, the culture collapses
