Before letting dogs out for toilet tonight or in the morning just go out first and make sure fences or gates haven’t been blown open or damaged. Lots of dogs go missing this way. Very strong winds out there tonight 💨 🐶

What great news from doglost! We have just had the best phone call. Thank you to a lovely lady who said she’d spotted River hiding in undergrowth. She waited until someone could get there and help get her to safety. Beautiful River is now back home with her family #REUNITED

Just seen updates from owner - dog warden not informed. No details @PetsatHome For goodness sake how can they allow someone they know isn't the owner to take the dog. They rushed down there to find he was gone. CCTV please @PetsatHome

@MissingPetsGB @Woozle_Taffy Do they ever use live traps to capture? I had a new rescue Airedale mix escape from my home years ago on her 1st day. Once consistently sighted, a live trap was set and she was captured within a week, after 3 months gone. She lived with me another 15 years. She’s in my profile.
