@AikadoLoR I don't really know what the complaint is here. As a player this is nice because you're getting extra time to talk to people, eat, drink, piss. Day 1 Lille was the same, Day 2 and 3 were much smoother.

@blade_oiprocs @drinknerd88 Ideally we run as little 2’s as we need to to be consistent for turn 1, this unit filling the spot of 2 drop AND being equivalent to Rek’sai is insanely good for an already tight decklist Harder matchups can still miss, forcing removal turn 2 on a rearguard is disgustingly nice

@motionlessmo @drinknerd88 1. You have plenty of 2s and rek is an equally good top deck, if not better. 2. You have winning MUs against decks that miss 2 drops. Your harder MUs like Vik, Rek, Draven, kaisa don’t miss their 2 drops/removal, meaning that an accel play on 3 runes is less useful. 3. Sure

Most Lucian players sleep on it, but the top deck potential is real when you're in a topdeck war late game, hitting that draw can just win you the game on the spot. @blade_oiprocs @drinknerd88 The real value is 1. It fills a 2 drop slot while also being a good top deck 2. “Sneaky deckhand” type plays to punish enemies missing their 2 drop 3. 3e2p = 6 Might accelerated, 3e3p = 9 might accelerated and so on

@drinknerd88 I feel like rek sai offers more value from the might difference, tbe threat of accel Lucian and still having accel on its own. Legion is cool, but you have plenty of things to do on turn 1 while you have 2 runes, so it’s not like him being 2 instead of 3 makes him strictly better

With #RQLille and #RQAtlanta coming up that means another wave of prize cards that need to find homes so I just wanted to drop a FAQ to try and make the process super easy this time around for everyone who'd like work with me especially in EU. 1. "What's your commission and how does it work?" My commission is 5% of final sale. I do a mix of things ranging from the grunt work of just listing the cards on several social platforms, FB groups, twitter posts, IG stories etc, not Ebay or TCGplayer you don't need to pay someone to do that for you and charge you even more fees. I also reach out to several vendor friends and coworkers to take the cards to in person shows as well having my own set of private buyers that are interested in the cards as well. I will not make a sale unless we discussed and closed out a number that works for you first. 2. "Do I have to give you my card?" Allowing me to deal with the card in my possession makes it much easier to actually get sales but is not a requirement. It takes some of the hassle off you as well since you no longer have to worry about shipping/flying it to me or the buyer I handle all of that stuff on my end. I can say that every best of and champion card that was physically in my possession since Bologna and Vegas has been sold and their respective owners paid out. If at any point you want your card back It's your card that is totally fine I will ship it back to you at cost or hand it to you at the next event. If you are uncomfortable passing it over to me though no biggie! The timeline may just be a little slower and I just may have to bother you from time to time to get photos and you will be responsible to get me or the buyer the card after confirming a sale. 3. "How will I be paid" Payment is generally given out the way that it comes to me in whether that be cash, paypal/electronic payments, or crypto. If the card is being shipping the buyer will pay me, I will then hold the funds until the card is shipped/delivered to the buyer and once I get confirmation on their end I will pay out the owners. 4. "I'm in Europe how do i get you the card?" If you are willing to give me custody of your card and would like to hand it off at the event I have several trusted friends who you may hand things to for them to bring back to the US. I will not give out any of their names publicly for safety reasons. If you agree to work with me and want to pass off the card I will put you in contact with someone privately. If you decide you'd like me to deal with it after the event you can ship it to me and I will handle things from there. 5. "Do you handle prize wall metal cards" I do not handle prize wall metal cards. I only handle the best ofs and champion promos. 6. "Are you buying the cards?" No I am a broker I will not purchase your cards. I think that sums up the main big questions I get asked each time! Good luck and happy hunting this weekend and I hope to get to work with you! @bagholderski You gotta get some origins nexus night packs or a kit. Those are super undervalued atm and already out of print permanently. Going to be one of the best investments going forward. Only way to get GGEZ teemo and others

started positioning into riftbound recently (the league of legends tcg) grabbed some sealed cases of origins (the first set) and one of the big chases from the set, really confident that this will age well -riot pumping money into it -league is massive in china -the card game is actually good -already big 5/low 6 figure sales on tournament winner cards -biggest esport besides CS -the art is really amazing alongside this I think the tcg market is really seen as legitimate now so I would view something like riftbound as an alt with high upside (pokemon is BTC).

After more testing: - Draven sucks ass. I haven’t even bothered trying anything but midrange variants but they all looked horrible. - Irelia is not good. She’s not like unplayable or tier 9, but she’s def not good enough to be a tourney pick - Viktor still sucks and has always sucked

@DaemonXGG Definitely think playing everything and knowing the field super in-depth provides insane game knowledge but there’s probably truth in being infinite games deep on one list. Optimal spot is probably somewhere in the middle though (leaning more towards ur side I think tho) (2/2)

@DaemonXGG Agree with that other sentiment in masking bad gameplay. Personal view (with less experience than you) is a period where I play the field (get an idea for how they play) then lock in on one deck and play it religiously to get insanely good at its specific lines (1/2)

I play all the decks. I won’t play it for my next Regionals because I’ll want to get a Set 3 Best of Metal achievement. Outside of that every weekend at locals, skirmishes, nexus nights, I play different decks because it’s the best way to learn each decks strengths + weaknesses + matchups.
