Good Friday Dinner - Monkfish poached in White Wine, Herbed Potatoes, Tomatoes & Garlic.

Dinner was so yummy. We had Baby John Dory fillets in sandwiches with fresh mozzarella, heritage tomatoes, baby spinach & rocket, caramelised onions & a sriracha mayo. It was delicious! 😋🥳 Have a great evening everyone 💜

Good Friday dinner is filet d'agneau, creamy potatoes, green beans with red wine sauce and thyme. Robust red from Uruguay that we fell in love with yesterday. Tchaikovsky Francesca da Rimini playing loud. Happy Easter, all.
