There's outbound experts and GTME's who hate selling. There's sales focused experts who hate fulfilment. This is what both sides look like in our network. -- I've operated networks for a long time, I currently run another one in Commercial Finance so lucky for you, we know exactly how to run this so both sides win. Buy-side: You go to market, sell and win deals with clients who have a greater than $20,000 ACV (ideally). You bring your buyer into our network so we can list their mandate. Your buyer agrees to pay you $400/meeting We list your mandate for vetted marketers to generate demand and ensure both sides are compliant and paid. - Sell-side: You wake up with an empty calendar, no sales calls or onboarding calls. You have 3 offers you're assigned from our marketplace, you have campaigns going for each offer. You end the day with 7 positive replies generated at an average CPQM of ~$200 and made $1,400.00 in one day. You check your payouts and other offers in the marketplace to see what else you can run up. - The bridge between selling and delivery. - This is where more value can be created: You're a cold-email agency and you want to blow your new clients mind. You launch your own campaigns but you also list your clients offer in our marketplace compliantly. You're now on the buy-side and offer the market a $300 CPQM Your offer is picked up by 4 other GTME's and now you have 5 groups generating demand for your client. - If you are interested, make sure to like and RT - this network won't be built without demand on the sell-side, buy-side is covered.
Termsheetinator@termsheetinator

Soft launching an private network for cold-email agencies, GTME's and outbound experts. We pay a CPQM that ranges from $200-$1,000+ (Cost Per Qualified Meeting) Offers are all sophisticated and have ACV's of $50,000+ so our buyers will be a little strict on quality.. but, if you're a savage - you will print. If this is interesting, RT and like so it gets exposure - I will likely scrap this idea if there's no interest. Already have a few offers that you could jump on. -- What this looks like for you: 1. Log into our marketplace 2. Look for offers you want to run 3. Review the offer, CPQM and briefing 4. Accept the offer 5. Get your mailboxes, lists & copy set up 6. Run your campaigns 7. Forward Positive Replies to offer owner 8. Your PR is then evaluated for 48 hours 9. You will get a milestone or decline notification Your job is to simply print PR's and get paid for them. This is high risk for retainer-brained operators who suck, this is low risk and open season for the dogs. Our moat is our buyers, none of you could mimic this on the buy side. Offers are mainly financial services/products, consulting, advisory, all B2B in adjacent sectors.

1) Massive territories Better for a mid-market rep to have 30-50 high quality accounts than 500 meh accounts. Great fit + bandwidth to focus = higher conversion rates. You can get my guide to great territory management (no cost) here: salesintroverts.com/fruitful-terri…

I can't express to you how useful a claude code with an .env file that contains the API key for your Instantly AI with 2,000 warmed inboxes is it's like test any GTM or PR idea at the speed of thought I can test outbound motions or test back link building ideas or test PR placements or test creator reach out and then once you figure out something that works, you can just literally spin up an agent on a railway server that does that task for you agents that just run email for you are the most underrated thing in your tool kit stack is hypertide io, apollo io, millionverifier, instantly ai

Research done across the whole list without you lifting a finger, then important stuff surfaced week over week. Rather than having to decide what accounts to research, then doing it with cowork. If you have it doing important research across your entire territory frequently and then scoring / easily surfacing important insights for your messaging/prioritization then fair enough

Every job and external promotion in my tech sales career from SDR to Enterprise AE I’ve applied for the role being ‘unqualified’ based on experience and JD details. You can quite literally just apply anyways. If you’re letting the faux shit test 3+ years experience detour you from simply clicking button and applying for role you are the exact kind of person they built these fake shit tests for and you will never make it. Imagine tricking yourself out of opportunities in advance by believing in the system. Newsflash. There are no rules when you are the exception to the rule

I don’t consider any of these names “top sales guys” They are way better marketers than salespeople Selling sales tactics to D2C companies If you ain’t selling b2b you ain’t a top sales guy Sorry, different leagues
Mr K@Mr_Blue_Tiger

@saleskhalifa seen plenty of top sales guys recommend the script Grant Cardone, Jordan Belfort, Andy Elliot, Jeb Blount

In other words you just need to frame your prospects Framing doesn’t always mean being disrespectful or talking down to people However if they say something that’s not true you need to get comfortable with : “Well not necessarily man..” with a smile but authoritatively Trust
Khalifa@saleskhalifa

This is the biggest difference between the top performing reps and everyone else You need to command authority Be consultative and give it to people straight Also learn how to speak in down tones Speaking in up tones with an upwards voice inflection kills your discovery

Yeah bro Andy Elliot’s gonna frame mog a CEO and tell him to either sign the Docusign or take off his shirt
Mr K@Mr_Blue_Tiger

@saleskhalifa shows you don’t know much because all those guys sold B2B as well as B2C marketing is sales and sales is marketing marketing is sales at volume if you can’t “market” yourself or sales program then you’re not a good seller to start with
