Kelvin waves form when strong wind bursts push warm surface water across the Pacific from west to east. Some areas face catastrophic flooding while others endure prolonged drought. Marine ecosystems often suffer as warm waters reduce nutrient upwelling, collapsing fisheries and triggering widespread coral bleaching. Scientists are closely monitoring the evolution of this enormous Kelvin wave over the coming months as it continues to develop.

You missed quite a bit of the story. In 2021, the boy who dressed like a girl who r@ped the female student, was transferred from Stone Bridge HS to Broad Run high school a few miles down the road under cover of darkness. There, he sexually assaulted another student. The school board, at that time, passed policy 8040, which allowed students to use the bathroom of whatever gender they identify with. The school board you have pictured is not the same board as during that time. In 2025, a girl at Stone Bridge HS who dressed like a girl and walked through the hallways holding her boyfriend’s hand, claimed to be a boy and was using the boys’ locker room. She was in the locker room and was recording them when they said her being there made them feel uncomfortable. She filed a Title IX claim against them. One family was forced to move due to this. One boy was found “innocent”. Two White Christian boys were suspended. The school board was led at the time by a radical progress, Melinda Mansfield. In 2026, the school board is still mostly radical progressives and controlled by Dr. Spence. @LCPSOfficial hired a barely 19-year-old transgender substitute teacher to work at John Champe HS. That person has been arrested for making a mass casualty threat against Loudoun County Public Schools. Within the last few days, we have learned that Superintendent Spence has been aware of a transgender student at Freedom High School who has been videotaping and photographing boys naked under the bathroom stalls. There are allegedly more than 40 victims and this has been going on for three years. Please tell me why Dr. Spence has not been held accountable for his complicity in endangering the school community. And while we are asking questions, please tell me why LCPS is still using lesson plans from the indicted, criminal organization Southern Poverty Law Center!

There's something sick going on in Democrat-controlled Loudon County Public Schools @LCPSOfficial in Virginia. A timeline: In 2021, a male student who wore female clothing sexually assaulted a girl in the bathroom at Stone Bridge High School. The school board then passed a policy allowing students to use whichever bathrooms they want to. In March 2025, a female student who claimed to be a boy recorded male peers in the boys' locker room at Stone Bridge High as revenge for them expressing discomfort with her being there. School officials went after the boys for voicing their "transphobic" views. In April 2026, a trans substitute teacher for the district was charged with alleged plans to kill people at John Champe High School.
