@nouserfound26 @Tha_realangelo Now that would be entirely unfair remember Waynes diss to pusha t ? LOL
English

It's not fair to have Nas on Drake's team 💀.
We all know Nas is single handedly clearing anybody in a rap battle 😭.
DME 🇳🇦@dme_363
Jay-Z and Kendrick Lamar Nas and Drake Who will make a better diss track?
English

@Tha_realangelo Why it would be Winner/Loser vs Winner/Loser lol
English

@devontsr I need to hear your review on the song On Demand by Imani Imani, its for research purposes
English

Drake really made Rihanna be a good wife im crying😭😭
𝖌𝖆𝖇@gabgonebad
Rihanna and Rocky in Toronto last night 🤍
English

@drearetas If they put money behind this, its a chart topper no fucking doubt about it
English

I think Harlow was the closest thing that could carry on the mantle of Drake's succession. He raps well enough, and has already had like 3 chart toppers. I have no idea who could carry Cole's or Kendrick's. Baby Keem is closer to Drake mixed with a bit of others than he is to Kendrick. I dont see a person like Kendrick making complex concept albums that still have mainstream success and I dont see any future Coles at all
English

@rationprotocol @scaryhours5555 The sound of the new guys in their 20's is a product of the media shitting on the big 3's generation.
It ruined hip-hop discourse 🤷🏾♂️
Now were stuck with a bunch of niggas that don't have HALF of the skill/talent those guys have bc they were shitted on in spite of their gifts.
English

They're trying to make the Billboard Hot 100 chart strictly Pop & Country.
It's no way urban/black songs stand a chance with radio having as much power as it does.
I rapper/singer will need a perfect 10/10 song like "Janice STFU" by a Drake type artist to compete with a 7/10 country song that's been out for 7 months....
Yeah, y'all got it
English

@industrypolitic I need a Drake fan who's loves his RnB deep cuts to review the song On Demand by Imani Imani. Need a volunteer who's biased against anything Kendrick/PGLang lol
English

Drake's album HABIBTI is a classic no-skip!- “CLASIC” playing below, is a clasic!
I think once people start listening to and become fully invested in “MAID OF HONOUR”, they will also realize these 3 albums, including ICEMAN, are some of the best music we have had in a long time.
I honestly can't stop listening to all three of them singing my heart out🔽🔥
English

Hes still always gonna do numbers but the public perception has certainly changed. I was at the bar and his shit came on and they were all saying how hes a PDF. Im like hes not actually one lol. So the song will still get played regardless, ppl just gonna disparage him. Lost street cred, lost respect etc. My niece and nephew called him a creep lol to put into perspective
English

Drake haters: Drake got called a pedo on a world stage at the superbowl he’ll never recover from this funeral.
Drake in 2026: Number 1 song in the country, Number 1 album in the country, 43 percent of the hot 100 billboard, and 40 percent of the songs of the summer.
Some funeral.

English

@padre_palpatine Janice STFU is fire but I think the song of the summer just dropped today. On Demand by Imani Imani is fucking crazy. Played it 4 times in a row I cant even get to the rest of the album
English

@Vay418 @scaryhours5555 Jack Harlow felt like one too idk wtf happened to him tho. Big singles, his albums were never great
English

Oh id consider them the previous generation given they're all either 40 or almost 40. Yeah you have a point but at the same time the Hov vs. Nas debate was also very toxic. And cant forget the Em Stans who never even gave the others a listen once he went internationally famous. But yeah social media has ruined everything for sure. The perfect example IMO is that chick Doechii.
I heard of her during covid. She had songs on YouTube and felt like a Tyler The Creator type but rapped better them him imo. She debuted and her mixtape felt so refreshing like id had heard Cilvia Demo or So Far Gone for the first time. She was publicly disparaged online simply bc she was signed to the FORMER label of Kendrick Lamar lol. I was so confused of all the hate for awhile I couldn't figure out what it stemmed from.
My question was more about the new gen artists. I couldn't tell you who's in their 20s and looks like an emerging superstar besides Doechii and Baby Keem (and hes still questionable) Yeat I guess?
English

@stanademikstv @PopCrave Bro I was looking to see if anyone heard this because this song is an undeniable banger that even the biggest hater couldn't deny. If Drake dropped this today it would be #1 for 30 weeks
English

Newly-signed pgLang artist Imani Imani has released her album ‘Papercut.’
Stream: open.spotify.com/album/5q3xwmFq…

English

@twtbyzone WTT > Take Care in 2011 when both dropped btw lol. The entire universe was gassing WTT. NYC basically shut down when it dropped.
English

@industrypolitic I agree with him beefing with Hov would be idiotic, not for the reasons you say.
But I disagree with the fact that Kendrick was always favored. I remember that gap period in between Pushups and Euphoria. Even the biggest kendrick fans in the media had Drake up
English

If Drake is even considering this,
then he still hasn’t learned how this “culture” operates when it comes to him.
I mean, J-FZ can walk on stage, mumble a few words, walk off, and the same people will act like they just witnessed greatness.
Need a reminder? Look no further than the Kendrick beef. The entire online “culture” mobilized against Drake before most people even heard both sides.
How many times do they have to show us the playbook before we believe them?
Drake, make your music. Focus on your fans.
They’re never going to give you the win anyway, they already decided the outcome before the game even starts.
English

@AngrymanChannel Not like he solely responded to Drake. He responded to every person who was talking negatively about him (minus 50 and I think him not mentioning him IS a diss)
English

@AngrymanChannel You're not wrong but do you think he did it for clout? Or did he do it because he had a concert appearance, likes to make the most of his appearance and wanted to get some shit off his chest?
English

Ebro called it the "Hov Stimulus Package" — Jay responds to Drake and suddenly everybody's revisiting old bars and putting Hov back at the center of the conversation. And he's not wrong. But think about what that quietly admits. The "retired king above all the noise" needed the smoke to feel relevant again. So who really benefited from this? Let's be honest.
English

@Andrekjei @ghost09867 Gotta throw 2011 in there. Take Care and Watch The Throne had the charts. Also saw the emergence of Kendrick, J. Cole, Meek Mill, Joey Bada$$, Asap Rocky, Schoolboy Q, Ab-Soul. list goes on. One of my favorite years of in hip hop history.
English

@ghost09867 🤔 2002, 03, 07, 08, 2010, 2013, maybe 2016, 2018 and 2024.
I have 3 years were i think it was a one man
02 eminem was simply too bigger he was the industry
08 lil Wayne had so much influence
2010-Eminem again he was simply inevitable
English

@TINOISFUNNY Bro seeing you guys cope bc he beat up your mans is something that will never fail to make me LOL
English

👀🤦🏾♂️ Looks Like King Kunta, the so-called “West Coast Uniter” Kendrick Lamar got his First Lady of pgLang, Imani Selina, who is a Suriname-born and Amsterdam-raised singer/songwriter.
🧐 So Mr. West Coast himself overlooked all the Black women talent on the West Coast and America and went all the way to Amsterdam to find a mixed queen? Interesting. 🤔
📍What’s even crazier is it seems Kendrick is still copying Drake’s playbook. Drake has Naomi Sharon, who also comes from a Dutch territory background, and now Kendrick’s main female artist is from Amersterdam in the Netherlands.
Of all the places in the world he went to Dutch connected country like Drake to find their female artist. The parallels are hard to ignore.
💿 On Imani Selina’s album Paper Cut, which dropped today, you can clearly hear what sounds like Kendrick attempting to sing background vocals on the song “Come Together.” 🎤
For those who don’t know, Imani is best known in the hip hop space for her vocal and songwriting contributions to “I Feel Something,” one of the records that was suppose to be on Kendrick Lamar’s Mr Morale associated with the pgLang camp.
🤔 So let me get this straight…
The man who built an entire movement recently around West Coast unity couldn’t find one talented Black woman singer from Compton, Los Angeles, Oakland, Long Beach, Sacramento, San Diego, Seattle, Portland, Vegas, Phoenix, or anywhere else on the West Coast?
Instead, he flew past all that talent and landed in Amsterdam. 😭
But Drake is the culture vulture though, right 🤦🏾♂️
English

@nothin2seehea1 @RizMan1313 @joepezz_ LOL im actually just saying what ive experienced I hope he does well im not bitter we had a lot of success with him
English

@rationprotocol @RizMan1313 @joepezz_ I understand you’re an emotional Eagles fan, but no need to roleplay.
