📢 You can now configure custom permissions for your API keys. We decided that each API key can either be an admin, global read-only or tied to a single site. This approach is a much more secure way of doing things.

@usefathom just checked over the early API docs. Could you add the ability to have a public-style API key that only has access to track pageviews and events? Use case: mobile apps can't secure the API key if the app is shipped with it.

@sensendev @robholmes And Rob, are you on the early access list? Steve did a huge demo of the API today (see our Twitter post), and we’re launching early access on Thursday or Friday. Things are moving fast, and Fathom customers are the most smart and ambitious developers out there. So excited!

@sensendev @usefathom I couldn't find anything when I was looking... so I started thinking I could build my own, and @usefathom is so awesome that I'm going to build an SDK. I don't have a solid plan right now, but I'll announce it when I know more 😀
