@dcwhatwhat Hey Jamie, unfortunately, our support system is affected by outages/issues with Freshdesk's API. It's likely they had intermittent issues around the time you were trying to send in a ticket. Please let us know if the issue/error is persistent. Sidenote #1: Although it's rare, this is a known problem, and we are exploring a migration to Zendesk as a result. What app should I use to manage all my little Hetzner VPS's?
