I was there to learn all sides. I had a ticket. Many people in line were colleagues and supporters of We Heart Seattle. I was also handing out fliers to march with grieving moms and dead babies on June 27th who lost their kids/ lives to Fentanyl OD. I am a twice and likely 3 time elected Precinct Committee Officer for the Dems of 43rd LD where this event was held. This woman “in charge” publicly shredded the flier promoting to save babies from exposure to fentanyl and tossed it in the garbage for all to see. As I approached my turn to go in multiple staff, security organizers, and the venue owner told me I was not welcome. Natalie Rajic, a California mother, was labeled a "Domestic Terrorist" by a San Diego judge after she blew the whistle on alleged fraud and abuse occurring at @DelMarSchools while advocating for her child's rights. Natalie was then reportedly subjected to a campaign of retaliation by school district attorneys, which resulted in her eviction from her home. Natalie and her child are now homeless to this day, all because she called out fraud. This is INSANE.

A retired U.S. Army Staff Sergeant with approximately 20 years of combined service in the U.S. Army and Texas National Guard is publicly appealing to federal immigration authorities to release his wife from ICE custody. His wife, Arelys Barahona-Martinez, 40, a citizen of Honduras, was taken into ICE custody on Wednesday during a routine check-in at an agency office in Dallas. She had been living in the United States despite having a final order of removal issued by an immigration judge back in 2005. In a statement, the Department of Homeland Security said: “Barahona-Martinez received full due process and was issued a final order of removal from an immigration judge on November 2, 2005. The Trump administration is not going to ignore the rule of law. She will remain in ICE custody pending removal from the U.S.”
